Our Policies

Check In / Check Out
Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is before 11:00 a.m. Please contact us if you need to arrange a late check in or early check out. We try to accommodate all guests requests, however confirmed reservations sometimes prohibit the allowance of special requests for late check out.
Our Pet Policy
Unfortunately, while we respect people's wishes to bring their pets on vacation, we currently have a no pet policy at the inn and motel. This policy is currently under review and we would appreciate any input you have regarding the allownace of pets on the property. Please contact us to let us know how you feel.
Smoking Policy
We have a strict no smoking policy for all the motel rooms, inn rooms in the B&B, guest houses and efficiency vacation rentals. Smoking is permitted outside the rooms on the decks and in common areas, though we ask that you respect the other guests on property trying to enjoy their vacation.
Minimum Stay Policy
We require a minimum stay of two (2) nights for weekend bookings, and a minimum stay of three (3) nights for holiday weekends, during the summer and fall seasons which go from Memorial Day until Columbus Day weekend.
Occupancy Policy
We adhere to a strict policy concerning unit occupancy which is dictated by local fire code. Extra persons, where permitted, incur an extra charge and violation of our occupancy policy and limits will result in guest expulsion and forfieture af all monies due The Cove Ledge Inn for your stay.
Noise Policy
We respectfully request that the resort and all common areas remain quiet after 10 p.m. Please be respectful of the guests and families that share their vacation experience with us, as they will be asked to do the same for you. Violation of our noise policy will result in authoritative action, up to and including, guest expulsion and forfieture af all monies due The Cove Ledge Inn for your stay.
Payment Policy
We require a deposit on all accomodations equalling half of the total for your stay including taxes and surcharges that is due ten (10) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 10 days of your expected stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations outside ten (10) days will result in a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee.
